LEAD 3110 Foundations of Leadership

This foundational course in Leadership Studies provides a broad overview of the constructs and processes required for effective leadership. The student will examine leadership models, theories, and frameworks. The student will critique the evolution of leadership and the role of power and influence. (3 lect.)
