LEAD 3050 Leadership Pathways

This course examines personal traits, characteristics, and practices central to the development of an effective leader. The student will explore aspects of self-awareness: emotional intelligence theory, self-care practices, personality assessment, mindset theory, accountability, and feedback. Prerequisite: Completion of LEAD 3110. (3 lect.)
