2026-2027 Financial Aid Disbursement Schedule

Scholarships, Non-Federal Funds, and Federal Grants/Loans will be disbursed approximately one month into the semester.  Disbursement refers to when these funds are applied to your account to pay off your expenses owed; any remaining balance is  then issued to you as a refund. To stay on track for the dates listed below, your file must be complete, you must have received a  Financial Aid Offer,  and you must have  accepted your awards via the  MyCentral portal at least two weeks prior to the  scheduled disbursement. If you complete your FAFSA late (after August 1st), your refund may be delayed. Because funds are not immediate, you should plan to have enough funding to cover tuition, fees, books, supplies, and living expenses for the first two months of the term.

Release of Excess Funds (Refund Schedule)

Refunds are processed each Friday by the CWC Business Office.  Refunds are sent to BankMobile to be disbursed based on the refund preference selected by the student.  Students may choose a ‘refund selection’ to receive refunds electronically through BankMobile. Please allow 2–3 business days for funds to appear in your account after they are transferred from the Business Office to BankMobile.  To avoid delays, students should ensure their mailing address and contact information are current in the college’s records.
