MGT 3010 Personal Leadership

This course comprehensively examines personal patterns of leadership, including conflict resolution, communication, listening, empowerment/delegation, organization, and decision-making. Through analysis, case study, and personal assessment, the student will grow in awareness and critical thinking around best leadership approaches to use in a given situation based on their own predispositions. The student will develop a personal leadership vision, goals, and development plan. (3 lect.)
