Advanced Leadership Certificate II

Program Description

The Advanced Leadership Certificate II is for the professional seeking to develop skills in leadership or to build on already established skill sets. The student will view leadership from a personal perspective. The student will explore foundational and historical aspects of leadership, how to lead in a team, and how to lead at a mid-level position. The student will explore time management practices, how to address change, self-care, neurological aspects of leadership, and will work with emotional, social, and cultural intelligences in both team and individual contexts. The student will differentiate between management and leadership roles in organizations.
