Organizational Management and Leadership: Agricultural Option, BAS

Program Description

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management and Leadership provides the student an opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully manage and lead within public, private, government, and nonprofit organizations. The curriculum offers specific areas of emphasis while integrating practical application and active learning strategies to encourage growth in management and leadership roles.

Leadership is an immersive and empowering process. Agriculture is a degree option of the Organizational Management and Leadership Bachelor of Applied Science degree. In this degree option the student will learn to manage and lead successfully within the agriculture industry and organizations. It is designed with a focus for those in the agriculture industry and organizations. It provides an opportunity to develop and apply skills to advance individuals both professionally and personally. The curriculum offers practical learning strategies to encourage growth in individuals and teams.
