MGT 1515 Leading Others
This course studies the character, methods and behaviors of effective leadership. The student will examine how to improve communication, navigate conflict and create empowered organizations. The student will practice building trust, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and effective delegation. The student will build an organizational vision and will create strategies to gain support form employees and team members. (3 lect.)
