MGT 1040 Bus Law I:Legal Environment of Business
This is an introductory survey course providing a broad overview of business-related legal topics. Students are familiarized with the nature and sources of law, court systems, common law, statutory law, constitutional law, administrative law, consumer law, social responsibility and business ethics.
