EDUC 2015 Outdoor Educator:
This course is offered in conjunction with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) and prepares the student to be safe, competent, responsible wilderness leaders and travelers who are familiar with the NOLS outdoor education techniques and philosophies. The student will learn how to supervise novices during a basic wilderness experience. The student will apply environmental ethics during the wilderness experience. (1-7 lect.) (Max 12)
