UNST 1005 Student Success Course

This course is designed to help the student learn and improve skills and strategies that are essential to academic success. This course will enable the student to understand their learning styles, planning tools, and resources that will help them during their college career. Through activities, application, and reflection, the material covered in this course should support and assist the student in other courses. (1 lect.) UNST

Outcomes

In order to successfully complete this course, the student will:

1. Describe relationship between whole person wellness dimensions and accomplishing personal goals.

2. Identify personal strategies for successful learning within various settings including academic and life-long learning.

3. Explain practical applications of financial literacy in personal, academic, and professional situations.

4. Identify opportunities for involvement with the Central Wyoming College (CWC) and geographical communities.
