HLED 1281 Health and Wellness

This course focuses on the relationship between physical, psychological, and social components of human behavior and their effect on the human body. The student will explore strategies focused on a healthy approach to life both physically and mentally. Strategies that support individual decisions regarding healthy lifestyle choices will be addressed. (1-2 lab) (Max 1)
