2025-2026 Financial Aid Disbursement Schedule

Scholarships, Non-Federal Funds, and Federal Grants/Loans will be disbursed 1 month into the semester. Disbursement means funds applied to your student account to pay expenses owed.  Excess funds after all expenses are paid are released to the student in the form of a refund. In order for excess funds of financial aid to be released according to the schedule below, you must have a complete file and have received your Financial Aid Offer and accepted award offers on the My Central portal at least two weeks prior to the disbursement date. If you filed your FAFSA late; (after August 1st), your release of excess funds (refund) may not be available as described below, the student should plan to have sufficient funds to cover their tuition, fees, books and supplies, and living expenses for the first two months of the term.

Release of Excess Funds (Refund Schedule)

Refunds are sent each Friday from the Business Office to BankMobile or via the option you have chosen. To ensure refunds are received in a timely manner, please make sure that your address is complete and correct in CWC’s database. To expedite the receipt of refunds you have the option to choose through Bank Mobile at https://disbursements.bmtx.com/refundchoices/. Please note it may take 2-3 days to show up in your account after being transferred from the Business office to Bank Mobile.
