Procedures for Students Transferring to CWC Confirmed AA, AS, Bachelor’s, and AAS Degree
(If Not Transferring a Degree, Coursework will be Evaluated Course-by-Course)

Student will have met all general education requirements for AS, AA, ADN and AAS degrees. With a confirmed bachelor's degree (BAS or higher) the student will have met all general education requirements for the BAS degree.* |

Exception:
• If student has already taken the equivalent of POLS 1000, the student is required to take the Wyoming State Constitution Test.
• If student has not taken POLS 1000 and/or American Government course, the student is required to enroll in POLS 1000, American & Wyoming Government. |
CWC will review each general education requirement for transferability. |

• For AA, AS, AAS and Certificates, CWC will review all Freshman/Sophomore level courses for transferability.
• Students pursuing the Organizational Management and Leadership, BAS degree options will be granted credit for all Lower-Level program requirements (excluding any General Education requirements which may not be covered in other areas of the program).
• For students pursuing the Early Childhood Education, BAS, courses will be reviewed for transferability.
• Junior/Senior level courses will be reviewed for transferability for the BAS degree. Upper level courses generally do not transfer into CWC for associate degrees or certificates except on a case by case basis. |
