LEAD 3100 Next Level Leadership
In this course, the student will expand their understanding and awareness of the different lenses through which they view the world. The student will explore the impact their views have on the world and how those paradigms lead to their behaviors, interactions, decision-making, and leadership foundation. (3 lect.)

Outcomes
In order to successfully complete this course, the student will:
1. Distinguish three lens of perspective paradigms and how they impact leadership.
2. Evaluate personal and team cultural strengths and limitations.
3. Analyze how our cultural beliefs affect our perspective and decision-making.
4. Select examples of complexity, systems theory, paradox, and coherence from work or team situations.
5. Formulate alternative solutions using creative problem-solving tools.
6. Contextualize key terms.
7. Critique case studies.
8. Identify a sense of self through interpersonal patterns and dynamics.
