ENGL 2340 American Indian Literature

This course is a broad study of the literature of American Indian peoples. It includes both oral and written traditions, from the pre-Columbian era to the twentieth century. Legends, oratory, songs, poems, and stories are the matter of the course. Students earning credit for this course may not also receive credit for AIST 2340. Prerequisites: Completion of ENGL 1010.
